Fashion Communication Intern

As a part of the Fashion Regional Marketing team, you will report to the Client Engagement manager and will focus on client communication coordination at regional level.

In this role you will work with the markets of the region (Switzerland, Latin America & India) on multiple topics, playing an important role in fostering positive relationship with stakeholders and driving engagement through communication initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Update and implement the client communication calendar.
  • Coordinate 1-to-many communication and liaise between the global team and regional digital team.
  • Share digital communication tools with markets within the region (1-to-1 communication).
  • Develop script guidelines to support 1-1 client communication assets.
  • Build some asset request brief to support specific local needs & coordinate the timely development with Global teams.
  • Coordinate and follow-up the orders of printed communication tools and clients’ gifts.
  • Collect market feedbacks and share them with regional and global team.
  • Update and nurture the monthly marketing newsletter, to be shared with the markets of the region.
  • Secure usage of client communication assets at the right time for the right target on all markets of the region, depending on their local collection launch date.
  • Analyse clients’ communication campaigns results.
  • Animate the markets community on internal social network (creating posts, sharing information and feedbacks).
  • Participate to new projects related to global and regional communication.

Qualifications & skills:

Currently enrolled in a Master Degree program (Business School or Specialised Master), you have a successful first international experience.

Detailed oriented and with excellent organisational skills, you feel comfortable to handle multiple tasks at a time, meet deadlines and coordinate communication efforts across different channels and platforms.

Team player, you are willing to collaborate with stakeholders across departments, within the different markets of the region and at global level.

Creative mindset, you can generate innovative ideas for content and engagement initiatives that resonate with the regional audience.

With strong communication and interpersonal skills, you appreciate to work in a multicultural team and are interested in discovering the world of Fashion and Luxury

Fluent in French and English, other languages are a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

This internship will be based in our Geneva offices for a duration of 6 months, starting on August 26th.

A school agreement is required for this internship
